Game of the month:
This month is loaded with great Western Conference games, but I'll pick the Sharks game on the
28th. They are always a presidents trophy challenger, and the two teams always have an interesting game.
Great hockey can be had cheaply locally in the ECHL and the AHL. The AHL has 30 teams,
2 in Pennsylvania. The Wilkes-Barre Penguins and the Hershey Bears. Many of the other teams are within 4 hours
travel. The ECHL also has 2 local teams, the Reading Royals and the Trenton Titans (now affiliated with the Flyers
again!)
